For users in the United Kingdom, I adhere to the GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

I use this information in order to track and respond to your submissions. This information is shared with Squarespace, my online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services.


Use of Third Parties
I use Google Workspace to keep your personal information securely stored for strictly necessary use by me.

How I Use Personal Data
Data collected on my site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of my site. I will never use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures
I will never sell or share your data with other third parties, except where the law requires it, for example if it is required for any legal proceedings.

If you follow hyperlinks from my site to another site, please note that I am not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.


How Long I Store Personal Data
I will keep your personal data for the duration of our contract. I will also need to retain some information afterwards. E.g. under UK law I need to keep all invoicing information for up to 7 years.

Your personal data is protected by Squarespace Security Measures and Safeguards.
