We live in a world that has left many of us struggling to connect. It seems that somewhere along the way, we’ve forgotten how to relate to ourselves and each other.

In our attempts to soothe our pain and longing, addictions and compulsive behaviours are on the rise, taking us further away from the equilibrium we’re craving.

With a background in social work and lived experience of sex addiction and recovery, I write about the things we keep in the dark. I hope that by shining a light on our secrets, shame might lose its power and we can find each other once more.
